The Rehoboth High School building and it's attached Sports and Fitness Center are both landmarks of LAM's most prolific work. The buildings together span more than 43,000 sq. ft. and cost a combined estimate of $15.4 million. Furthermore, the buildings were constructed and designed more than 10 years apart, illustrating both LAM's commitment to community endeavors and our innovative, cohesive vision.

LAM, in association with RMKM Architecture, completed the McKinley County Justice Complex (MCJC) project in December of 2013. The new courthouse design includes three interior elevators, twice as many courtrooms, bullet resistant partitions and glass, and a dedicated area for public security screening. The MCJC was awarded the NAIOP Award in December of 2014 and the ENR Southwest Magazine for Best Government / Public Project Buildings in November of 2014. 

The design is a 4,381 sq. ft. facility with ADA compliant bathrooms, showers, activity rooms, a large dining/company room, and a commercial kitchen. The design responds to contextual and cultural conditions in a modern and innovative way. The dining room offers panoramic views of the Red Rock and Church Rock Village to the North. The use of natural wood and a central fireplace are symbolic of traditional Navajo Architecture. 

LAM Corporation completed work on a BIA replacement school for Dilkon Community School in Arizona. LAM evaluated the existing school campus, roads, utilities, housing, and elementary school and provided planning for renovation, new construction, and demolition all within the school's 17-acre campus.
